At Lara Boot Company, we take pride in offering premium Western products backed by knowledgeable service. We want you to shop with confidence, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

Most new, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be in brand-new, unworn condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Show no signs of wear, use, or alteration

Boots must not have been worn outdoors, and hats must remain in their original factory condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Customized Products

Any customization performed by Lara Boot Company makes the item final sale and non-returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Hat shaping
Hat stretching
Brim trimming
Boot stretching
Any other custom modifications

Because customized products are tailored specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Factory Open Crown Hats

All felt hats purchased through our website are sold and shipped in their original factory open crown configuration.

Because no customization is performed on online hat orders, they are covered under our standard 30-day return policy, provided the hat:

Has not been worn
Remains in its original factory condition
Includes all original tags and packaging

Professional hat shaping is available exclusively in person at Lara Boot Company.

Once a hat has been professionally shaped, stretched, trimmed, or otherwise customized, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance, especially for premium products.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 qualify for an extended holiday return period and may be returned through January 31, provided they meet all return eligibility requirements.
